SHIPPING AND RETURNS
What are your shipping and return policies?
We usually ship within 7 -10 working days. In case any product has to be made on order, we would indicate the time required for the same (which can vary from the time mentioned above.
In case we find any defect/ color variation during quality check, we would reorder the product for you which would affect the delivery timelines.
Returns and Refunds are accepted only for defect/damage products which needs to be reported immediately with video proof. (Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for details).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally (using Branded Courier Services like DHL, Fedex, Aramex etc.)
The shipping cost is charged on actuals (including GST and Fuel Surcharge)

Why is GST included in the Bill?
