9. Usage of site

This Site is directed to be used only by adults i.e., persons who are above the age of 18 years. The Site is not intended or designed to attract or be otherwise used by any person under the age of 18 years or by any other person who is not competent to enter into contract in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise incompetent to contract (as understood under the applicable law) then you should not make a purchase on the Site and should not use the Site.

10.3 - We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Color Difference

11. Slight color difference may be seen in some products due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. This is unavoidable. Some handloom products may have thread pulls or color smudges, which are features of handwoven products and not to be considered as defects.

12. Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

12.1. Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products. An opening video (360 degree view and no breaks) of the defective/damaged product received need to be provided for the same.
12.2. A thorough quality check is done by our team before product dispatch.And the refund will be processed in 10-15 days.
12.3. No returns or exchanges are possible for customised products.
12.4. No returns/exchanges are possible for products where fall /picco is done, blouse pc cut/stitched or alterations are done.
12.5 No returns or exchanges for Sale Products.
12.6. In case you have received a tampered or damaged parcel, please do not accept/refuse the parcel and click a picture of the same as proof.
12.7. In case of defective or damaged product received, we will exchange with a same fresh product (if available, with the above clause of opening video). In case of unavailability, we will accept return and refund the amount.
12.8.The return/exchange policy is not applicable for International shipping.
12.9. Any return/ refund request will be accepted only if raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The product should be unused and packed in the original packing.

13. Shipping

13.1 The available products are shipped within 7 to 10 working days. In case of pre-ordered products, the timelines can vary. In case of unavoidable circumstances or situations beyond our control, the shipping timelines may be increased.
13.2 The ordered products will be shipped to the address mentioned during order placement.
13.3 The International shipping charges will be charged on actuals

14. Order cancellation

14.1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
